​Buying a new home should be one of life’s most exciting milestones. For me, it began that way — with high expectations, a polished show home, confident promises from a trusted developer, and the hope of a smooth transition into my new property at The Quarters @ Redhill by Bovis Homes in Telford. What followed, however, was something very different.
Let’s just say… the experience didn’t even live up to a quarter of what I was promised.
This site documents my personal journey as a homeowner — from initial viewings in early 2025 and the sales process, through to moving in, uncovering defects, and the frustrating challenge of getting even the most basic issues resolved. Every post is fact-based, supported by evidence, and written to help others understand what buying a Bovis home at this development can really involve.
