Bovis Redhill Review: Real Insights from Homeowners

Very disappointed — that’s the only way I can describe how this journey has turned out so far.
When I first visited the Redhill development in Telford, the show home painted a convincing picture: modern design, promising build quality, and the reassurance of buying from a well-known developer like Bovis Homes. I did my research, asked questions, and made what I believed was a careful and sensible decision.
But what followed was a far cry from what was promised.

Why This Blog Exists
This site is my way of documenting the reality — not as a rant, but as a factual record. From the initial visit and reservation through to the day I got the keys (and beyond), this blog will walk through the issues I've encountered: poor workmanship, unfinished details, and the frustrating experience of trying to get major issues acknowledged, let alone resolved.
What I’ll Be Sharing
Photos and videos of the issues I’ve experienced
Steps I took to raise concerns
Bovis’s formal responses, including issue rejections
Independent RICS snagging survey findings
What's been resolved, what's ongoing, and what's still in dispute
A Platform for Others
While this blog begins with my story, I want it to become more than just one voice. In time, I’ll open up a space for others to share their own experiences — whether positive or negative — to help build a balanced, real-world view of what buying from Bovis can look like.
